We are better off as an organization because of Lisa’s contributions. I was particularly impressed with how swiftly Lisa discerned my authorial voice and refined it to meet the moment. She also demonstrated strategic thinking and flexibility — first developing a framework for multi-channel internal communications, then pivoting her approach as our needs rapidly evolved.
